Es ist ein zimmer-wohnung mit EBK + Waschmachine. Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert, falls interessiert kann ich meine Möbel verkaufen, aber nicht ein PLUS. Wohnung ist hell und sehr schon.
Die Wohnung ist für EIN Person. Mein Mieter möchte jemanden die Arbeit mit fest einkomme, kein Haustiere, Musik Instrument oder Kinder.

I am leaving Frankfurt and looking for a Nachmieter for my place.
Studio (1 big room) 35m, close to Main, city-center, Bergerstrasse with equipped kitchen and Washingmachine. South oriented so lot's of light. Small but very nice.
Flat is for a single person, working with regular income, no children, no haustiere, no music instrument. This is what the owner is looking for.
Please send an email with short presentation (name, age, type of work... and depending on that I will invite to visit the flat on a fixed day.

Flat is unfurnished except for the kitchen + table in the Kitchen - if interested I can sell my furniture, but not a must.
