da ich meinen derzeitigen Auslandsaufenthalt um einige Monate verlängere, möchte ich meine sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete 1-Zimmer Dachwohnung mit Blick auf Frankfurter Skyline und EZB-Neubau untervermieten.
Die Pantry-Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Toaster, Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Maschine.
Im Zimmer befinden sich ein Doppelbett, großer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Stauraum, Kommode, Bücherregal, ein 37 Zoll Flatscreen, DVD-Player und Stereoanlage.
Der kleine Flur bietet ausreichend Platz für Schuhe und Jacken.
Das Badezimmer ist separat mit Dusche. Ein Föhn gehört ebenfalls zum Inventar.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller. Außerdem bestehen Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Hinterhof.
Internet und Festnetz-Flat.

* 4 Fußminuten zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Zobelstelle (11 Richtung Willy-Brandt-Platz, Bahnhofsviertel)
