Zum 01.09.2022 kann die Wohnung, die in der vierten Etage liegt, bezogen werden. Hier steht Ihnen ein hübsches Zimmer zur freien Entfaltung zur Verfügung. Durch einen Fahrstuhl gelangen Sie bequem ins entsprechende Stockwerk und die Wohnung ist barrierefrei zugänglich. Auf dem Balkon lässt es sich wunderbar vom Alltagsstress erholen. Zur Innenausstattung gehört ebenfalls eine Einbauküche.
Die Mindestlaufzeit des Mietvertrags beträgt 2 Jahre.
Es wird darum gebeten, größere Einrichtungsgegenstände gegen Abschlag zu übernehmen. Dazu zählen insb. das Bett, der Kleiderschrank, und die Waschmachine.
Die Preisvorstellung für den Abschlag liegt auf Verhandlungsbasis bei 1.200€. Alle Möbel und Geräte in einem Paket kostet 2.000€.

The studio is available since 1.9.2022, located on the 4th floor in a modern building built in 2019. Very energy efficient, facing inwards and not onto the street. There is a complete set of kitchen equipment, towel heater, floor heating (although you may not even need to turn it on in winter because the building has very good insolation).
The minimal rental contract would be 2 years.
The next tenant is requested to take over all if not most of the large furniture, e.g. the bed, wardrobe, and washing machine (not in picture, Beko bought brand new in 2020). The total amount and number of furniture is negotiable, as long as the large items are taken over, which is 1.200€. The total package of all furniture and electronics in the apartment would be 2.000€, which is also negotiable.
