One-room apartment starting from November

I am renting my apartment at Mondial Campus starting from November 1st.

The one-room apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom and is easily accessible from the city center. There are common areas such as TV room, study room and laundry room in the building. You can also use the garage.

The metro station Uni Campus Riedberg is located nearby and you need to walk 10-15 minutes to get there. There is a bus station right in front of the building and by taking the bus you can get to the metro station in 4 minutes. Shops like Aldi, Rewe, DM and pharmacy are 10 minutes' walk away. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. There is a big park nearby if you like walking/jogging or doing other sports. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and safe

The minimum duration of the contract is one year. Additionally, you need to show proof of last three months' salary if you are working and if you are a student you need a proof from parents (or a scholarship document/block account if you have one). The rent deposit is 1302 euros

One more thing: you'll need to take over my Ikea mattress for 60 euros (originally costed 100 euros)
