Hello! I am offering my student studio apartment from January 16th 2022 till September 30, 2022, for anyone interested. The apartment is by Neonwood, a student housing company. It is a perfectly convenient place however, I have to move to Munich for a work opportunity and so looking for a new tenant for the place. It is a studio, hence it has its own separate toilet and shower area, as well as its own Kitchenette which is fully equipped with a refrigerator (freezer included), a microwave oven and hobs for cooking. The room comes fully furnished and has a bed, tables and an additional lamp. It has a huge window and offers a nice view. The room also has ample storage space for everything. The building is also quite peaceful and students can study and live quite comfortably. There are also plenty of community spaces available, including a gym and a community kitchen.
The rent is 635 euros warm rent (everything included)
Hallo! Ich biete meine Studentenwohnung vom 16. Januar 2022 bis zum 30. September 2022 für Interessenten an. Die Wohnung ist von Neonwood, einem Studentenwohnungsunternehmen. Es ist ein perfekt geeigneter Ort, aber ich muss nach München für eine Arbeitsmöglichkeit zu bewegen und so auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mieter für die Wohnung. Es ist ein Studio, daher hat es seine eigene separate Toilette und Dusche, sowie eine eigene Küchenzeile, die komplett mit einem Kühlschrank (Gefrierschrank enthalten), eine Mikrowelle und Kochplatten zum Kochen ausgestattet ist. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, Tische und eine zusätzliche Lampe. Es hat ein großes Fenster und bietet eine schöne Aussicht. Das Zimmer hat auch genügend Stauraum für alles. Das Gebäude ist sehr ruhig und die Studenten können hier in aller Ruhe studieren und leben. Es gibt auch viele Gemeinschaftsräume, darunter ein Fitnessstudio und eine Gemeinschaftsküche.
Die Miete beträgt 635 Euro Warmmiete (alles inklusive)
The location is also quite favourable. There is a bus stop at a very close distance, hardly two minutes, which can take you to the rest of the city and other bahn connections. The nearest U Bahn can be reached within two stops of the bus. The bus is quite frequent throughout the day. There is DHL, Hermes and other paket shops very close by, 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a mall which has every brand and shop, extremely accessible through the bus line mentioned above. There are also supermarkets close by, ALDI (two stops of the bus line, the nearest stop is two minutes from the building), REWE and Penny (5 minutes on foot). Every necessity can be availed quite easily.
Auch die Lage ist recht günstig. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe, kaum zwei Minuten, die Sie in den Rest der Stadt und zu anderen Bahnverbindungen bringen kann. Die nächstgelegene U Bahn ist nur zwei Haltestellen vom Bus entfernt. Der Bus fährt den ganzen Tag über recht häufig. DHL, Hermes und andere Paketshops befinden sich ganz in der Nähe, 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt auch ein Einkaufszentrum mit allen Marken und Geschäften, das mit der oben erwähnten Buslinie leicht zu erreichen ist. Es gibt auch Supermärkte in der Nähe, ALDI (zwei Haltestellen der Buslinie, die nächste Haltestelle ist zwei Minuten vom Gebäude entfernt), REWE und Penny (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Alles, was man braucht, kann man ganz einfach besorgen.
There is also a reception facility in the building and the people at the reception are very friendly and helpful. There are washing facilities (extra) available in the building.

Es gibt auch eine Rezeption im Gebäude und die Leute an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Waschmöglichkeiten (extra) im Gebäude.
