Dieses gemütliche Studio wird ab dem 01.01. 2022 frei sein. Es ist möglich, zwei Wochen früher oder später als das festgelegte Datum einzuziehen.

FAKTEN: Das Studio ist voll möbliert. Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Wasser, Strom und Internet an. Der Preis ist all-inclusive und es gibt keine Rechnungen für Versorgungsunternehmen am Ende des Jahres.

LAGE: Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Gegend! Es ist ruhig und grün hier und in der Nähe von wunderschönen Feldern und Wanderwegen. Das Studio hat riesige 5 Fenster, die eine schöne Aussicht auf jede Jahreszeit bieten, was ich im Laufe der Jahre sehr genossen habe.

PENNY, ALDI SÜD und LIDL befinden sich nur wenige Minuten vom Gebäude entfernt, ebenso wie das Einkaufszentrum "Merton", in dem sich eine Apotheke, eine DHL-Postfiliale, ein Atelier, Restaurants, Schönheitssalons und eine Bäckerei befinden. Riedberg Zentrum ist ca. 20 Minuten zum Fuß zu erreichen.

Der U-2 Linie ist 3 Minuten entfernt.

ANGEBOT: Es ist möglich, die Miete für die ersten zwei Monate etwas zu teilen, wenn du mir erlaubst, einige meiner Sachen hier für wenige Wochen zu behalten, da ich in eine andere Stadt ziehe.

This cozy studio will be free from 01.01. 2022. It is possible to move in two weeks earlier or later than the set date.

FACTS: The studio is fully furnished. There are no additional costs for water, electricity, and internet. The price is all inclusive and there are no bills for utilities at the end of the year.

AREA: The building is located in a very nice area! It’s peaceful and green here and close to wonderful fields and walking trails. The studio has gigantic 5 windows offering a beautiful view of every season of the year, which I have enjoyed greatly over the years.

There are PENNY, ALDI SÜD and LIDL a few minutes away from the building, and a shopping center “Merton” where you can find a pharmacy, DHL post office, atelier, restaurants, beauty salons, and a bakery. Riedberg Zentrum with wider variety of offers is about 20 mins walk.

The subway line U-2 is right in front of the building, only 3 mins walk away.

OFFER: It’s possible to split the rent for the first two months if you let me keep some of my stuff here for a few weeks, as I am moving to another city.
