Comfortable studio of 25sqm, located in a great area of Sachsenhausen.
Apartment must be taken from 1 September 2018.
Apartment has clean, carpeted floors with a fitted kitchen.
On 15th floor, with 2 elevators, and wheelchair accessible.
Bathroom has a bath and shower function, with tiled floors and plenty of storage space for personal items.
Building has central heating, which works great both in the winter and summer time!
Walls are also very thick, so no neighbour noise comes through.
Balcony has a great view onto Sachsenhausen and toward Frankfurt city.
4 x washing machines and 1 x dryer in basement. Wash costs 2€ each (never used dryer, not sure how much!)
Komfortable 25qm Einzimmerwohnung im ruhigen Süden Sachsenhausens.
Die Wohnung muss zum 1.9. übernommen werden, hat einen sauberen Teppichboden und eine kleine Kochnische.
Das Bad ist gefliest und beinhaltet eine Dusch-Badewanne und genügend Stauraum für persönliche Badartikel.
Das Gebäude wird zentral geheizt und somit im Winter und Sommer immer auf angenehmer Temperatur gehalten. Die Wände sind massiv, so dass man nichts von den Nachbarn hört.
Auf dem Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf Sachsenhausen und Richtung Innenstadt.
Im Keller des Gebäudes befinden sich 4 Waschmaschinen und 1 Trockner. Eine Wäsche kostet 2€ (den Trockner habe ich nie benutzt, deswegen weiß ich nicht wieviel es kostet ihn zu benutzen).

3 minutes walk until Bus 30 & 36, which go direct to Konstablerwache
and 10 minutes walk until Südbahnhof, with connections to U-Bahn, S-Bahn and IC trains.
Next door to the building is a Tegut and within 10 minutes walk is an Aldi.
Das Gebäude befindet sich in einer ruhigen aber gut gelegenen Ecke in Sachsenhausen. Innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreicht man fußläufig die Haltestelle der Buslinien 30 und 36 die direkt zur Konstablerwache fahren und innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreicht man den Südbahnhof von wo man die U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Regionalzüge nutzen kann.
Am Gebäude befindet sich ein Tegut und in 10 Minuten erreicht man den nächsten Aldi und Rewe.

Ich lasse folgende Möbelstücke in der Wohnung (die meisten davon kann man auf den Fotos sehen).
Für alle möchte ich 300€, was sehr viel weniger ist, als ich bezahlt habe.
Nicht benötigte Möbelstücke können natürlich nach Einzug in die Wohnung auch gerne verkauft werden, aber ich kann sie leider nicht mitnehmen. Dies ist nicht verhandelbar.
Bettgestell, Matratze, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bettkasten und Lampe, Garderobe, Küchenregal.
