I’m looking to sub-let my apartment from 2/12/16 until 31/3/2017. It’s a fully furnished 1-bedroom flat with all of the basics included. The building is very attractive and well maintained. Details are as follows:
• Location: on Feldbergstrasse in Westend; only two blocks from both Palmgarten and Grunebergpark; 500 meters away from Westend metro stop; there are a number of good restaurants within a block or two
• Dates: December 2nd to March 31st
• 55 m2
• 4 fully furnished separate rooms: large bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom
• Kitchen has all of the basics necessities (apart from a dishwasher)
• 4th floor with reliable elevator
• Balcony 6 m2
• Coin operated washer and drier in basement
• Indoor and outdoor bike storage
• All-inclusive price is 1,015 a month (rent, heating, water, cable TV, internet, phone, etc.)
Please contact me with any questions or to arrange a visit. I will require you to sign a new sub-letting contract, with the owner's permission, and take over the full deposit.
