The closest tram stop is Jakob-Heinz-Str. which is only a minute away, while the closest bus stop is Kisselberg which is almost 5 minutes away.
Hochschule Mainz is only 5 minutes away by foot and the university is just across the Campusbrueke (only 10 minutes by foot for Zentralmensa and nearby institute buildings, while 15 minutes to the Zentralbibliothek and nearby institute buildings).
Es handelt sich um einen Untermietvertrag für das verbleibende Sommersemester 2021 (SoSe2021), der über das Studierendenwerk Mainz verlängert werden kann, falls der Untermieter ein Student der Universität/Hochschule ist.

The contract will be a sublease for the remaining Summer Semester 2021 (SoSe2021) which can be prolonged through the Studierendenwerk Mainz in case the subtenant is a University/Hochschule student.
A Mensa is in the building next to the one with the apartment, although due to the COVID-19 situation, the mensa is closed and a food truck comes at lunch-time during weekdays.
