Partially furnished basement apartment for rent to one person, limited to a maximum of 3 years.
The apartment is located in the basement but allows for the sun to come in. Thus, it is quite light inside.
It consists of two rooms (one containing the kitchen). The private renovated bathroom is across a floor that is accessible to me and my daughter (we have some storage in the basement and the central heater is there).
We usually like to have contact with the people that live in the house with us. However, due to COVID-19 we will not be able to offer a welcome-breakfast. We will still care about a good relationship with everyone, especially because me and my daughter live in the same house.
Additionally, 3 students live in a shared apartment.
Teilmöblierte Wohnung an eine Person für maximal 3 Jahre zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Keller, ist aber hell. Sie besteht aus zwei Zimmern (Küche mit Esszimmer und ein Schlafzimmer). Das Bad ist über einen für meine Tochter und mich zugänglichen Flur (wir haben in einem anderen Teil des Kellers eine Abstellkammer und brauchen den Zugriff zur Zentralheizung) zu erreichen.
Normalerweise haben wir gerne Kontakt mit unseren Mieter*innen, jedoch kann dieses Mal wegen Corona wohl kein Willkommens-Frühstück stattfinden. Trotzdem freuen wir uns auf ein gutes Verhältnis, da ich und meine Tochter ebenfalls min Haus wohnen.
Sonst wohnen weitere 3 Studierende in einer WG.
The location is optimal to reach Freiburg: the stop of the 7200 bus is a 2-3 min walk from our house and it takes approximately 30 min to reach Freiburg Hauptbahnhof. The train station is a comfortable 10-15 min walk away and the train takes 5-10 min. Going by bike takes approximately 20 min to reach Freiburg, 30 to the old town.
Rewe and Edeka are 5 min by foot and Denzlingen offers more shopping opportunities.
Die Lage ist optimal, um nach Freiburg zu gelangen: mit dem 7200-Bus, der in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar ist braucht man bis zum Hauptbahnhof 30 min. Der Zug ist in gut 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen und braucht ca. 5-10 Minuten.
Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man in 20 Minuten nach Freiburg, 30 Minuten in die Altstadt.
Rewe und Edeka sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar und Denzlingen bietet auch weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
