Hi! I'm going on a trip and subletting my flat for the remaining two months of my contract (from August 4th until September 30th).
Because it's a SWFR flat, it can only be rented by another student (acceptance letter, certificate of enrrollment or other document is required).
The apartment is approx. 22m2, has a private bathroom and a kitchen (with a small fridge, oven and electric stove). The building is very new, so the apartment is in very good condition and everything is working well.
It is furnished, but is rented empty (the photo with sheets and some of my things is just for reference). As I won't be in Freiburg by the end of the contract (September 29), it's important that when you leave, you leave the keys for the landlord and leave it clean and empty, as you found it :)
I will leave some cleaning products here for this.

The apartment is located at the Faculty of Engineering (Technische Fakultät), a 7-minute walk from the tram station, from which it takes 13 minutes to reach the city centre (11 minutes by bike).
You can also easily reach supermarkets and other places of intrest:
- LIDL, 6 min walk
- Pharmacy, Rewe, Alnatura, and Aldi, 13 min walk (6 by bike).
- Seepark, 17 min walk (5 min by bike).
The neighbourhood is very peaceful and safe, and has bike parking.
To be able to rent it you need to be a student (you must show a certificate of enrollment or similar proof), pay the deposit which will be reimbursed after SWFR has checked the room and makes the refund, and be willing to move out by the 29th of September.
