Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Haslach und Sankt Georgen, 15 min mit dem rad zur Stadtzentrum, ~20-25 min (noch weniger) mit öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln, Bushaltestelle ist genau vor der Wohnung, Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 10 min entfernt. Es gibt ein Parkplatz und eine Kellerbox im Preis eingerechnet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock, 23 qm (ich kann einige Bilder schicken wenn du willst). Es ist voll möbliert und ich kann alles für die Küche dort lassen (Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Gabeln, Löffel etc.).
Die Warmmiete beträgt im moment 495 Euro inkl. (ab Januar 507 Euro, Strom ca. 25 Euro, Internet aktuell 50 Euro, Wechsel von Vodafone auf Telekom also 39,99 Euro. Die Müllsteuer beträgt 120€ pro Jahr). Ich verlasse die Wohnung am 1./15. August, eventuell auch später, je nach dem, und bin nächstes Jahr bis Ende Juni weg, aber ich bin flexibel mit dem Umzugsdatum, also musst du dir keine Sorgen machen.

English Version:
The apartment is between Haslach and Sankt Georgen, 15 min biking to the uni, ~20-25 min (even less) by public transport, bus station is in front of the apartment, tram station is 10 min away. There is a parking spot and a basement box available and included in the price.
The apartment is on the third floor, 23 qm. It is fully furnished and I can leave everything you need for the kitchen there (plates, cups, glasses, forks, spoons etc.). The rent price is 495 all included (I think it will raise to 507 euro from January on, electricity is ~25 euro, internet is currently 50, will change from vodafone to telekom so it's gonna be 39,99 euro. The garbage tax is 120€ per year.
I will leave the apartment at the 1st/15. of August, but we can also arrange for a flexible date, and I will be gone until the end of June next year, but I'm flexible with the moving back date, so you don't need to worry about that. If you are interested, please let me know :)
