A beautiful broom located in an old student dormitory. The building was recently renovated. The building consists of 4 floors with 12 separate room in each floor. The room it self is warm and beautiful. It is furnished with small fridge, single bed and mattress, big closet, small closet, studying desk and chair, shelfs, light proof curtain, water faucet and sink with 2 mirrors as shown in the photos. The building has an elevator and shared kitchen on 4th floor. Each floor has its own shared toilet and shower. But you can also use toilet and shower in other floors. The landlord cleans the toilet and carridors every Tuesday. Neighbors, all men in that floor, are quite friendly and peaceful.
Location iw perfect with all stores near by.
1 minutes from tram number 4 station.
2 minutes from Aldi and Lidl.
3 minutes from pharmacy, EDEKA, botanical gardens, and biology department.
5 minutes walk from Kaufland, Sparkasse ATM, PENNY, and a pet store.
10 minutes walk from post office.
15 minutes walk from city centre.
Active area with many restaurants, bakeries, and other stores.
The rent includes the water and heating. For electricity, there is a coin machine infront of each room which you can buy 1 euro coins from the landlord as much as you need. The internet i shared with my neighbor, costs 10 euro per month, if you want i can also arrange that.
Basically, i am looking for a tenant for one month only (my last month in the contract). However, you can also take over my current contract. As it is a student dormitory, it is only rented to students. Contract term is 6 months and you must notify the management company 3 months prior to moving out or find new tenant.
