Ich bin eine internationale Studentin in Freiburg bis zum Ende des Sommersemesters. Ab Ende Juli möchte ich gerne durch Europa reisen. Mein Mietvertrag endet erst Ende September, aus diesem Grund würde ich mein Appartment gerne für 2 Monate untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist ein Einzelappartment vom Studierendenwerk, in einem neuen Gebäude, es ist alles sehr sauber. Durch das große Fenster kommt viel Licht ins Zimmer, es gibt einen schönen Hof um die Sonne zu genießen. Im Appartment befinden sich eigentlich keine Töpfe, Geschirr, etc und Bedecke und Kissen. Ich würde meine Sachen allerdings verkaufen, damit es für alle weniger Stress ist. //
I am an international student studying in Freiburg until the end of the semester, and will be leaving at the end of July for some travelling through Europe. My appartement contract extands until the end of September, and I am therefore looking to sublet it for the two months I will be away.
The appartment is a one person flat. It is in a new building and very clean. There is a lot of natural light coming in and a nice yard where you can enjoy the sun. The appartment comes with the furnitures but without kitchen essentials and bedding. However, it would be possible to purchase those from me to avoid the hassle.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Institutsviertel und dem Herderbau. Viele Supermärkte finden sich hier. Die nächste Tram-Station ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt und mit Bahn ode Fahrrad ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Der Schwarzwald ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt! :-) //
The appartment is close to the Herderbau and the Faculties of Natural Sciences (Institutsviertel). It is also close to many grocery stores and public transport (5min to the tram station). 10 minutes by tram or bike to the city centre. The Black Forest is just a few steps away!
Bezüglich der Kaution können wir sicherlich eine Lösung finden, die für uns beide passt. Weil dies eine Wohnung vom Studierendenwerk ist, müsstest du ein*e Student*in sein, um einzuziehen.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand Interessiertes findet. Wenn du mir auf Englisch schreiben könnt, wäre das sehr viel einfacher für mich. Aber Deutsch bekomme ich auch hin :-) //
Regarding the deposit, we can discuss the appropriate amount that would suit both of us. As this is an appartment from the university, you would have to be a student in order to move in.
