Hi Leute,
ich vermiete meine 30qm Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete vom ersten August bis zum ersten September.
Ich bin in dieser Zeit im Urlaub und biete meine Wohnung an.
Es bleibt so gut wie alles drin. Ich werde nur einige Instrumente und Kleidung mitnehmen und natürlich genug Platz für eure Sachen schaffen.
Ansonsten ist in der Wohnung Alles, wie oben schon erwähnt, enthalten. Wie in einem Hotel ;)
Ich freue mich auf eure Nachricht!
Paare sind zum mieten der Wohnung natürlich auch sehr willkommen!

Hi Folks,
I´m going to leave Freiburg for one month from the first of August till the first of September.
You can rent my place for this time. I going to leave most of my stuff in there. I will just take clothes and Instruments with me but I will make sure you will have enough space for your stuff as well.
The flat has everything you need. Almost like a hotel room.
Also perfect for couples!

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Freiburg. 5 min vom Bahnhof in einer sehr ruhigen Ecke des Sedanviertels in Freiburg. Die ganze Innenstadt ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen.
Der Mieter sollte die Wohnung nicht zum Partyraum umwandeln. Ansonsten sind die Anforderungen relativ unkompliziert. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockenraum. Der Garten vor dem Haus ist sehr gut zum erholen und entspannen geeignet.
