Looking for someone to take over my contract on the Fizz. You can check their website, but it's a Studio with furbished kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, with conveniences provided by the building manager, like borrowing vaccum cleaners, or using the laundry room in the basement. A bit pricey but very well located and convenient for new arrivals, specialy those that don't speak that much German. The updated price for 2023 has been set to 953 in total (including water/energy/etc)

Right next to city center, close to several big supermarkets, and tram lines. Pretty good location. 15 min walking distance to HBF or around 5 min with a bike.
