Die Wohnung hat ein schönes Schlaf-Wohnzimmer (sehr hell), Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, angrenzend an die Küche befindet sich ein Balkon. Eine EBK wurde von mir, vor 3 Jahren selbst eingebaut und ist noch wirklich in einem Top Zustand! Ich habe sie damals für 1500 € gekauft und würde sie für 1000 € abgeben, inklusive Geschirrspülmaschine.
nach Absprache auch schon ab 1. Oktober
Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, ein Bäcker ist vor der Haustür 
Super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (5 min zur Straßenbahnlinie 2, 5 und Bus 15, 16, 24,....in 13 min am Hauptbahnhof, in 10 min in der Stadtmitte)
Internet ist Vorhanden. Wäre toll, wenn der Internet Vertrag übernommen werden kann kostet 14 € da ich den Anschluss mit meinem Nachbarn teile und läuft noch bis März.
