Wundervolle, zentrale 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für den Sommer

Ich würde mich sehr über eine/n liebe/n Zwischenmieter/in freuen, die den Sommer meine Wohnung hütet. Ich bin zur Zeit selber Untermieterin, der Vertrag wäre dann mit der Hauptmieterin, aber das können wir ja dann besprechen, wenn du mir schreibst oder vorbei kommst :)

Die Wohnung ist, nun ja, besonders. Ich liebe sie für das was sie ist; ein kleines uriges Apartment mit keiner geraden Ecke und auch nicht gerade viel Sonneneinstrahlung. Das Haus ist sehr alt, die Wohnung nicht luxuriös mit hohen Decken und Stuck, sondern gemütlich mit Holzdielen, mit Fenstern zum Hof und einer knarzenden Treppe.

Das Sahnehäubchen der Gemütlichkeit ist wohl der Schwedenofen. Im Winter ist das eine andere Geschichte, denn es gibt keine Heizung, und dementsprechend kalte Morgende. Aber im August wirst du wohl eher den Schatten suchen und vielleicht einmal an einem regnerischen Abend ein Feuerchen mit Freunden genießen.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ausgestattet mit vielen netten Dingen, wie einem Induktionsherd (inklusive Töpfe natürlich), einer Spülmaschine, einer Waschmaschine, wahlweise auch einem Drucker, einem Wasserkocher, Töpfen und Geschirr etc.

I'm looking for a lovely person to take care of my 1-room-flat for a year while I'm off somewhere to enjoy summer. I'm the subtenant myself, so the contract would be with another person, but it sounds more complicated than it is, and anyway we could talk about it when you contact me and come by for a tea or coffee to see the place :)

The flat is, well, it's special. I love it for what it is; a rustic small apartment with no straight wall and not much direct sun. The house is very old, the flat not luxurious with high walls or stucco, but cozy with wooden floorboards, a low ceiling, windows to the small inner court and a creaking staircase.
The icing on the cake of coziness is probably the wood stove. It's a different story in winter, as there is no other heating and morning can get cold, but in August you will probably have the windows open anyway, and maybe enjoy an evening by the fire, if ever it should rain or get a bit colder.

The flat is furnished and equipped with all kinds of nice stuff, like an induction stove, an oven, a dishwasher, dishes, and if you want a printer.
