Ich bin Lukas und stelle die ersten drei Märzwochen meine Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Der frühestmögliche Einzugstermin wäre der 01.03. spätere Termine sind natürlich auch möglich!
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, mit großem Bett, Sofa, Küche, Bad und einem kleinen Balkon mit schöner Beleuchtung :)

Hi everyone,
I'm Lukas and I am subletting my flat during the first three weeks of March.
The flat has everything you need, a big bed, a couch, kitchen, bathroom and a small balcony with nice illumination :)
Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen Stadtteil Stühlinger. Zu Fuß bist Du in 10 min in der Innenstadt und noch schneller im Institutsviertel. Zwei Straßen weiter ist ein Netto und Kneipen und Restaurants gibt es ebenfalls zur Genüge :)
Falls Du ein Fahrrad hast, kommst Du wirklich überall in Freiburg in 10-15 min hin. Ansonsten ist die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle aber auch nur 6 min zu Fuß entfernt.

The flat is located in the central neighbourhood, called Stühlinger. You can reach the inner city by foot in less than 10 min. There is a supermarket two streets down and plenty of bars and restaurants around :)
If you have a bicycle you'll be able to reach everything in Freiburg within 10-15 min. Otherwise the next tram station is only 6 min by foot.
Falls Du interessiert an einer Zwischenmiete bist, schick einfach eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos zu Dir. Am besten wäre es natürlich, wenn man sich vorher noch kurz persönlich kennenlernen könnte.
