Wunderschöne 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete

Biete meine gemütlich Wohnung im schönen Vauban im September zur Untermiete an. Bin im Urlaub und brauche jemanden zum Blumengießen und Miete zahlen ;) Ich bin definitiv vom 1. bis zum 28. Juli weg, aber da gibt es auf jeden Fall Flexibilität, was die genauen Daten angeht. Die angegebene Miete ist auf einen Monat und würde dann natürlich anteilig berechnet werden.

Zur Wohnung selbst: Ich denke die Bilder sprechen für sich. Man kann es sich hier wirklich sehr gut gehen lassen. Es gibt viele Freiburger Sonnenstunden durch das große Schiebefenster, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer-Bereich sind sinnvoll abgegrenzt, das Bad ist sehr geräumig und der Balkon macht einfach Spaß. Kann man sogar eine Hängematte reinspannen. Es ist alles da, was man zum Wohnen braucht: Vollausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschiene, Spülmaschine, Arbeitsbereich (inkl. Monitor); Fernseher, Bose-Anlage, riesiges Bett, Sofa etc.

I am offering my cosy flat in beautiful Vauban for sublet in September. I'm on holiday and need someone to water the plants and pay the rent ;) I will definitely be away from the 1st to the 28th of July, but there is flexibility regarding the exact dates. The rent quoted is for one month and would then of course be calculated pro rata.

About the apartment itself: I think the pictures speak for themselves. You can really enjoy yourself here. There are many Freiburg sun hours through the large sliding window, bedroom and living room area are sensibly separated, the bathroom is very spacious and the balcony is just fun. Can you even stretch a hammock pure. Everything is there that you need to live: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, work area (including monitor); TV, Bose system, huge bed, sofa, etc.
