I have a fully furnished single apartment that comes with a balcony facing Zähringen (and not the street) and a fitted kitchenette. Please reach out to me if you are interested and I would be happy to share more pictures with you. Landlord only accepts people with student status.
There is a laundromat downstairs and there are study rooms in the building where you could ideally just sit and work if you don't feel like working in your room. You could ideally book one of the rooms even to host a party! There is a basement where you can store your things and a bicycle storage as well.
The warm rent that I pay is 778€ per month and the deposit is 1842€ at the moment. The new price for a new tenant can be slightly different but huge change is not expected.
The building is across Tullastrasse tram stop. There is a frelo station across the apartment as well which makes commuting very easy. There is an Alnatura and bakery across the road. Edeka, Sparkasse bank and dm are 5 mins away by walk while Aldi and Rewe are 10 mins away by walk. There is an Obi which is 7 mins away by walk and the nearest Gym is 10 mins away by walk.
I am looking for a new tenant who is willing to take over the apartment from the beginning of September 2023. I am flexible with move-in dates as well. I would definitely recommend this place to any student who is moving into the city and is looking for a place to stay.
