Es gibt einen großen Schrank, einen sehr großen Schreibtisch, sowie eine eigene kleine Küchenzeile. Außerdem gibt es einen Raucherbalkon. Perfekt für das entspannte alleine Wohnen.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im EG gegen Entgelt verfügbar. In der Lobby werden außerdem deine Pakete für dich angenommen. Zudem gibt es Lernräume, die von allen benutzt werdenn können. Der Hauskomplex hat außerdem Kamerüberwachung und abends einen Security Service.
The room is part of the The Fizz complex. It is furnished and has its own bathroom. The furniture is minimalistic yet luxurious, as you can see on the the fizz website. There is a big cupboard as well as a huge desk and a small balcony. There is also a small kitchenette. Perfect for relaxed living. Washer and dryer are on the ground floor and usable for a small fee. The lobby also accepts your packages for you and there are communal study rooms. The house also has cctv and a security service.

Die Wohnung ist nicht auf der Website verfügbar, da ich früher als mein Vetrag vorsieht ausziehen will und mich so selbst um einen Nachmieter kümmern muss. Die Fotos geben aber einen guten Überblick darüber, wie die Wohnung aussieht und eingerichtet ist.

I am looking to move out earlier (than my contract states) that is why the apartement is not listed on the website yet, as I have to look for a tenant for that date myself. But the pictures are accurate to what you can excpect from the room.
