IMPORTANT- unfortunately, it's not possible to organize a viewing of the room, since at the moment I'm not in Germany.
I'm specifically looking for a new long term tenant to replace me.This property is available from October.The new tenant would have to sign a contract and submit 1) Certificate of enrollment/internship or trainee contract & 2) copy of Passport or ID card.
IMPORTANT - A new tenant fee of €150,00 must be transferred to the FIZZ once a new tenant is found, only then is the contract signed. The new tenant will have to also pay the €1,518 deposit. Please only inquire about this room if you can afford to pay both the new tenant fee & deposit on short notice (e.g. within 1-2 weeks). If I do contact you with an offer, you will have 1-2 days to decide whether you're interested or not, otherwise I will move on to other enquiries, since I'm looking for a new tenant who can immediately sign the contract.
All utilities are included,such as internet, and stay the same every month, so you have no limitations there. Washing machines, vending machine are located downstairs. There's a house manager at the reception, who you can ask questions, and also an elevator, and a nice backyard. Sometimes they have brunches and other community events if you would like to participate.
