1-Zimmerswohnungssuche - Looking for one room apartment

Hallo!

Ich bin Victor, 34 Jahre alt, Forstingenieur aus Chile und lebe schon seit fast 3 Jahren in Deutschland. Im Juni habe ich meinen Master in Ecosystem Services an der TU Dresden abgeschlossen. Jetzt bin ich nach Freiburg gezogen, um für mindestens 3 Jahre in einer Forschungs- und Doktorandenstelle an der Uni Freiburg zu arbeiten, die ich im September begonnen habe.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach 1- oder 1.5-Zimmerwohnungen, hoffentlich mit Balkon, auf unbestimmte Zeit oder zumindest ein paar Jahre. Ich wäre toll eine teil- oder voll möblierte Wohnung, da ich in Dresden in einer WG gewohnt habe, nur Möbel für mein Zimmer habe.

Aktuell lebe ich in Freiburg in einer Wohnung mit einer festgesetzten Ende-Zeit (Januar 2023). Daher wäre mein Umzugstermin ersten Februar 2023. Ich stehe für ein Treffen zur Besichtigung der Wohnung zur Verfügung.

I am Victor, 34 years old, I am a forestry engineer from Chile and I have been living in Germany for almost 3 years already. In June, I completed my master's in Ecosystem Services in the TU Dresden. Now, I moved to Freiburg to work in a research and PhD position in Uni Freiburg for minimum 3 years, which I have started in September.

I am in the search for a 1-room or 1.5-rooms apartment, hopefully with a balcony, for an unlimited time or at least a couple of years. I would like the apartment to be partly or fully furnished because, since I lived in a WG in Dresden, I only have furniture for my room.

Currently, I live in Freiburg in an interim solution with a fixed ending time. Therefore, my moving time would be the first of February 2023. I am open to an interview to talk and see the apartment.
