Die Wohnung ist zentral in Friedrichshafen- Fallenbrunnen gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß in unter 15 min am See ist – mtu, Rolls Royce, Zeppelin und ZF sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Der Campus der Zeppelin Universität/ DHBW ist 50m entfernt.
Des Weiteren verfügt die Wohnung über eine vollausgestattete Küche und ein großes Bad mit Dusche.
