A room (well constructed) for a person working in Nuremberg, Fuerth or Erlangen. The room is best for a student or worker. Though being in the basement, it has more than enough light, and very good ventilation. Fully furnished big room, with a big kitchen (fully equipped), two big bathrooms (with a washing machine) between 5 people.
Ein Zimmer (gut gebaut) für eine Person in Nürnberg, Fürth oder Erlangen arbeiten. Das Zimmer ist am besten für einen Studenten oder Arbeiter. Obwohl im Keller ist, hat es mehr als genug Licht, und eine sehr gute Belüftung. Völlig großes Zimmer eingerichtet, mit einer großen Küche (voll ausgestattet), zwei große Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) zwischen 5 Personen.
1) IKEA, Selgros, Rossman, Bio-markt, Aldi, Rewe and Netto within 5-7 minutes.
2) Nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away(just outside the house). And another bus stop is 10 minutes away. Frequent connections available to Nuremberg and Erlangen also.
3) Restaurants (Chinese, Turkish, Japanese, Mongolian, McDonalds, Italian Vapiano) 10 minutes away.
1) IKEA, Selgros, Rossman, Bio-Markt, Aldi, Rewe und Netto innerhalb von 5-7 Minuten.
2) Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich 2 Minuten entfernt (direkt vor dem Haus). Und eine weitere Bushaltestelle ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Häufige Verbindungen zur Verfügung zu Nürnberg und Erlangen auch
3) Restaurants (Chinesisch, Türkisch, Japanisch, Mongolisch, McDonalds, Italienisch Vapiano) 10 Minuten entfernt.
The 250 Euros monthly rent (includes heating, electricity, internet and other miscellaneous costs) + 500 Euros deposit is the best offer one can get.
Smoking is allowed outside in the garden. And the WG people are very friendly and helpful.
Communication preferred in English, my German is OK :)

Das Rauchen ist im Garten erlaubt . Und die WG Leute sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Kommunikation bevorzugt in Englisch, mein Deutsch ist OK ;)
