Ich suche für meine schöne Altbauwohnung einen Zwischenmieter/-in. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, es sollte dir also an nichts fehlen. Sowohl Waschmaschine, spühlmaschine als auch wlan ist vorhanden. Beim Einzugs-und Auszugstermin bin ich 1-2 Tage davor und danach flexibel.

Perfekte Lage! Die ubahn nach Nürnberg ist quasi vor der Tür. Außerdem befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Und die Fürther Innenstadt ist zu Fuß keine 10min entfernt.
Optimal wäre ein persönliches Treffen im Voraus, sollte das nicht gehen, würde ich gerne mit dir skypen oder telefonieren.
