Würde wegen eines Parkitkums mein günstiges und ruhiges Zimmer zwischen dem 01.09.09 (evtl. auch ab dem 01.08.09) bis zum 28.02.2010 zur Zwischenmiete anbieten.
Unsere WG liegt sehr zentral, zum Bahnhof/Busbahnhof und in die Innenstadt sind es 2-5 Min, zu Fuß!!! Zur Hochschule sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Min. So sind auch verschiedene Geschäfte dirket um die Ecke, wie z.B. Aldi, Tegut, Schlecker, Norma, Vidiotek, Bäcker, Apotheke ...!
Die WG hat auch einen super gemütlichen Garten mit einem Grill und Gartenmöbeln.
Während der Mietzeit, würdet ihr voraussichtlich zu dritt in der WG wohnen.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch ab 19.00 Uhr bin ich jeden Abend erreichbar.
