Student (22) looking for apartment near Garching

I am a future student at TUM, due to start my Master studies in Informatics in October. I am interested in accommodation within close proximity to the university's campus in Garching, for the mid- to long- term (6+ months)

I am moving to Germany for these studies after having obtained my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in the Netherlands. I am generally a quiet person, and I like to spend a lot of my time at home either working on school-related objectives or my own projects on my computer. No big surprises here.

I am not a smoker, and have never had any issues with neighbors (noise complaints, etc.) in the past.

Ideally, the organizational matters (signing of contract, deposit/first rent payment, key hand-off) will be done in person once I arrive in Munich, any time between 24/09 - 01/11, at the convenience of the renter.
