ich biete meine schöne 1-Zimmer Wohnung zur Teilmiete an..
Da dies mein Zweitwohnsitz ist und ich immer nur von Mo-Mi/Do dort bin, steht die Wohnung Do/Fr-So komplett leer;
Die Wohnung ist relativ neu, ist komplett möbliert und eingerichtet - die Miete beträgt 650,- € und ihr würdet natürlich nur den Zeitraum bezahlen, in dem ihr in der Wohnung seid (z.B. bei 3 Tagen ca. 3/7*650 €)
Nebenkosten übernehme ich komplett..
Falls ihr also z.B. immer am Wochenende eine Wohnung braucht, könnt ihr mir gerne eine Nachricht schreiben und gerne kann ich euch bei Interesse auch dann ein paar Bilder senden..

Die Wohnung besitzt eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Bushaltestelle ist circa 1 Minute entfernt - zusätzlich gibt es eine U-Bahn Station die zu Fuß in circa 15 Minuten erreicht werden kann (Fahrrad ca. 4 Minuten)
Die Fahrzeit ins Zentrum beträgt ca. 25 Minuten zum Marienplatz (direkt, ohne Umsteigen)
Es gibt viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten - außerdem ist es möglich gegen Aufpreis einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu bekommen.
Außerdem gibt es kostenlos ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradstellplatz.
