ATTENTION FRIEDBERG (great for someone who lives in Gi, but has some activities in Ffm)
Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a next tenant (Nachmieter) for my very nice apartment in the heart of old town Friedberg.
The flat is quite spacious (28 sq.m) and well-lit (there are 4 big windows and one small above the maisonette bed - so that you can see the stars on the cloudless days as last thing at night).
As I have already mentioned here is a wide maisonette level serving as a bed. Together with the sloping ceiling and the wooden balks framing the walls it makes the flat a cozy place.
All in all, the location of the flat is perfect (30 minutes to Frankfurt, 25 minutes to Giessen (gate2gate).
Considering that the flat is in Frankfurt area, it's unbelievably cheap (It's hard to find a WG-room for this amount of money nowadays).
Here is all one need for the first time to feel yourself at home: a bed, closet, kitchen, tables and chairs and many small useful things.
And it's comfortable.
The apartment is located in 10 slow-walking minutes to the train station Friedberg. I go with a bike every morning (which I will live here for a next tenant) and it takes 3 minutes than. Trains and S-bahn to Frankfurt depart every 15 minutes, to Giessen every 20-30 minutes. Via S-bahn station Eschersheim Bahnhof -->Weißer Stein to get to Uni-Campus Westend takes 40 minutes.
The main shopping street of the Friedberg and the castle are in 2 walking minutes from here.
I have been living in the flat for about half a year, but now I'm moving out from Germany, meaning that I won't take the furniture and others useful stuff from here.
For example, when I moved in, I acquired a new mattress from IKEA (Matrand, memory foam - very good for ppl with back problems like me). It costed 319 eu plus transfer cost (about 340 eu in total). As it has been exploited for less then 6 months during which it was wrapped into mattress cover (Matratzenschoner), it's in a very good and clean condition.
Other "useful things" that were brought by me 6 m ago are my old bicycle, all kitchen utilities, fridge, oven and many many other things (mostly from IKEA).
Besides, flat has build-in wardrobe, two tables, couch, chairs, shelves...
Washing machine and dryer are in the basement.
It would be a perfect for someone who is new in the area or moving into here from far a way.
