Für meine Einzimmerwohnung suche ich nach einer oder einem Zwischenmieter_in. Frei ist die Wohnung zwischen dem 1. November bis zum 10. Januar 2017 allerdings wäre ein kürzerer Zeitraum auch möglich.
ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man so braucht inkl einer herrlichen Aussicht über Gießen. Es ist ein großes Zimmer und eine Küche in der man auch schön zu mehreren am Tisch Platz findet. Die Dusche ist in der Küche und das Klo von der Wohnung ist auf dem Flur wird aber mit niemandem sonst geteilt. Da die Wohnung ganz oben ist, stört das wenig.
In der (jean-claude van)DAMMSTR. beim Dönerdreick und ca 2min vom Marktplatz und dem über die Stadtgrenzen hinaus bekannten Boulevard der Marken (aka Seltersweg) entfernt.
die monatliche Miete beträgt 360€ inkl Strom, Internet etc.

it's a cozy place with nice kitchen to sit in and a bigger room for living with a splendid view over the city.
the apartment is fully furnished with all amenities. it's located in the (jean-claude van)DAMMSTR at the Dönerdreieck, about 2min walking from Marktplatz and the fabulous Boulevard der Marken (aka Seltersweg).
the monthly rent is 360€ with everything incl internet.
