Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, am Eingang zur Ludwigstr., nähe Dachcafe und Berliner Platz, in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstrasse. Uni (Naturwissenschaften, Phil I+II, WiWi) sowie THM sind mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung hat ein eigenes Bad mit großer (!:)) Dusche. Eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls eingebaut. Außerdem gibt´s ein großes Fenster zum Garten, der auch mitbenutzt werden kann.
Habe mich hier dreieinhalb Jahre sehr wohl gefühlt, für Studenten ist´s echt ideal! ;)
