Hi everyone, I'm subletting my room in Martin-Luther-Studentenwohnheim. The room is free from April 1st

The Martin Luther dormitory is located next to the city center (only 5 min walking distance) in a nice neighborhood (“Suedstadt”). Two bus lines (no. 61 and 91/92) are available with a bus stop around the corner and a 3-minute walk from the buses 21/22/11/12/73. Biking to the North Campus would take approx. 20 min and approx. 10 min to the Central campus.

The dorm comprises 19 furnished rooms: one room on the ground floor, 10 rooms of approx. 11 m^2 with a washbasin (sharing a spacious kitchen and two showers also with the ground floor, plus three toilets) on the 1st upper floor, and 8 rooms of approx. 11 m^2 with a washbasin (sharing a spacious kitchen, two showers and three toilets) on the 2nd upper floor. The place is fine and clean. The commonly shared rooms (kitchen, bathrooms) are cleaned twice per week by service personnel.

Your room: No. 20, located in the attic.

Monthly Rent: 232 Euros/month including utilities (e.g. water, heating, electricity, other running costs related to the maintenance of the building).

Internet connection: LAN available.

Security Deposit: 450 Euros

Washing machines: available.

The place is furnished.
