Möbliertes 20m2 in der Mittelstraße 1a, frei ab dem 1. Juli. Die Miete beträgt 365€/Monat inklusive Strom, Heizung, Wasser und Internet. Leider muss ich ausziehen, da ich für die Beendigung meines Doktors nach Mainz ziehen muss.

Die Wohnung befindet sich weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Universität Nordcampus und dem Max-Planck-Institut für experimentelle Medizin entfernt. Es ist in einer sehr komfortablen und ruhigen Nachbarschaft, außerdem befindet sich eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke sind im Erdgeschoss des Hauses, und mehrere Supermärkte, wie Real, Penny und Aldi, sowie ein Baumarkt und Mediamarkt, in weniger als 500 Metern Entfernung (5 Minuten zu Fuß). In der direkten Umgebung der Wohnung befinden sich mehrere Bushaltestellen, alle 8/10 Minuten gibt es eine Verbindung zum Stadtzentrum (Linien 31/32/62), Hauptbahnhof (Linien 160/185), Universität und Krankenhaus/Klinikum/medizinische Fakultät (Buslinie 33). Das Max-Planck-Institut für biophysikalische Chemie kann mittels einer direkten Verbindung mit den Linien 21/22 erreicht werden.
Die Raumeinrichtung besteht aus einem neuen, großen Kleiderschrank (wurde letztes Jahr gekauft), einem großen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, einem kleinen Bücherregal, einem kleinen zusätzlichen Tisch mit Schubladen. Das Bett ist 140x200cm groß, der Lattenrost und die Matratze wurden letzten Oktober neu gekauft. Zusammen mit dem Bett gibt es einen Nachttisch mit zwei Schubladen und einer Leselampe. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Waschmaschine und eine weitere Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine, die sich im Keller befindet. Die Wohnung hat auch seine eigene Keller (10m2), Fahrradparkplatz und 3 Parkplätzen für die Bewohner direkt hinter dem gemeinsamen Garten platziert.
Du wirst deine Wohnung mit einem Doktoranden, einem Post-Doc und einem Handwerker teilen. Die Atmosphäre in der Wohnung ist offen und freundlich, trotzdem ist es ruhig und du kannst gut von zuhause aus arbeiten oder lernen. Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit einem Fernsehen, einem großen Esstisch, sechs Stühlen und zwei sehr gemütlichen Sofas. Für weitere Informationen kannst du mich gerne kontaktieren. Furnished 20m2 room located in Mittelstrasse 1a free from the 1st of July. The prize is 365€/month comprising bills (electricity, heating, and water) and internet connection. Deposit 500€. Unfortunately, I am leaving the room since I will move to Mainz to finish my Ph.D. thesis.

The apartment is located less than 10 minutes walking from the University North campus and Max Planck Institute of Experimental Medicine. It is in a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood where a bakery and a pharmacy are basically in front of the apartment, and several supermarkets (such as real, Penny and Aldi as well as Baumarkt and Mediamarkt) in less than 500 meters, 5 minutes walking. In the area, several bus stops are placed close to the apartment, every 8/10 minutes there are connections with the city center (Lines 31/32/62), main train station (lines 160/185), University and hospital/Klinikum/medical faculty (bus line 33) and direct connection with lines 21/22 to reach the Max-Planck institute of biophysical chemistry.

The room furniture is composed of a new and large wardrobe (it was bought last year), one large desk with two chairs and a small library, and a supplementary small desk with a computer stand and drawers. The bed is 140x200cm large, the bed slats were substituted the last October as well as the mattress. Together with the bed, there is a bedside table with two drawers and a reading lamp.

You will share the apartment with a Ph.D. student, a post-doc, and a worker. The environment is friendly and open, the other flatmates are very welcoming but also respectful of your privacy. It is also comfortable to work from home or study as it is very quiet during the day, and you will get the apartment mostly to yourself. The apartment has two bathrooms (restrooms) fully furnished (shower, services, and sinks). The apartment has its proper washer machine together with another shared one located in the basement. The apartment has also its proper basement (10m2), bike park and 3 park lots for residents placed right behind the shared garden.
The cookware and kitchen material are shared but you are very welcome to use yours if you like them more. The kitchen has an oven and electric warming plates. At the same time, you can enjoy the leaving room which is furnished with a television, a large table, 6 chairs and two comfortable sofas (ideals for relaxing evenings).
