It is a private dormitory which is a bit old but there is a really nice garden where you can barbecue with your friends and also study around the nature.
The room is located on the second floor and there are other seven rooms. It has a private kitchen. It needs to be shared the bathroom and the shower.
All around is really quiet and nice. It is located in a small hill, so if you have a bicycle everything is easily reachable in less than 10 min. On the contrary, by foot To the city centre it needs around 15 min, to the centrale uni 20 min, to the closest Rewe 10 min. But there is a small bio supermarket which needs only 5 min by foot.
A small request: you need to able to speak German because the landlord unfortunately cannot speak really well.
