Da ich zum 1.2.08 umziehe, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für eine sehr gemütliche 1-Zimmerwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt genau gegenüber des neuen Rathauses und ist daher sehr Innenstadt nah. Kaufland, sowie andere Geschäfte sind schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Bis zur Hauptuni sind es mit dem Rad 5 - 10 und zu Fuß knappe 15 - 20 Minuten. In der Miete von 310 Euro sind die Stromkosten leider nicht enthalten, das muss dann mit E-ON geregelt werden.
Über ein vielleicht früheres Einzugsdatum lässt sich bestimmt noch reden.
