Diese (unmöbilierte) Wohnung ist 17m² groß und verfügt über ein Bad und eine Koch-Nische. Sie befindet sich in der 4. Etage, das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug, der bis zur 3. Etage fährt. Im letzten Jahr wurde die Fassade des Hauses neu gemacht und die Fenster sind ebenfalls neu. Auch die Wohnung wurde renoviert bevor ich eingezogen bin, deshalb ist sie in einem guten Zustand. Der weiße Küchenschrank sowie der Kühlschrank gehören zur Ausstattung der Wohnung.
This (unfurnished) 17m² apartment has its own bathroom and kitchenette. It’s located on the 4th floor. The building has an elevator that drives to the third floor. The house front was renovated last year and the windows are new, too. The apartment was renovated before I moved there which is why its condition is good. The refrigerator as well as the white kitchen cupboard stay in the apartment.
Für Studierende ist die Lage perfekt: In wenigen Minuten ist man am Zentral-Campus und ca. 15 Minuten braucht man zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in der unmittelbaren Umgebung: Rewe und Lidl sind um die Ecke und Edeka und Aldi sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Auch der Weg zu den Waschsalons ist nicht weit. Zudem sind einige Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, wie zum Beispiel die Haltestellen „Blauer Turm“ oder „Goßlerstraße“.
The location is ideal for students: The Zentral-Campus is just a few minutes away and it takes approximately 15 minutes to walk to the city center. Nearby there are several grocery shops such as Rewe and Lidl (just around the corner) and Aldi and Edeka. Furthermore, there are two places where you can do your laundry, one of which is in the same building. There are several bus stations near the building, such as the stations „Blauer Turm“ and „Goßlerstraße“.
Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit meinen DSL-Vertrag zu übernehmen.
