Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist modern und den Balkon kam man vor allem jetzt im Frühling toll nutzen.
Parkmöglichkeiten findet man an der Straße oder es kann zusätzlich ein Stellplatz vor dem Haus angemietet werden. Es gibt auch große Fahrradparkplätze vor und hinter dem Haus. Waschmaschinen sind in dem Keller.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben.
In die Innenstadt ist es gar nicht weit, zum Zentralcampus sind es mit dem Fahrrad drei Minuten und zu Fuß zehn Minuten. Zum Nordcampus ist es auch nicht weit: mit dem Fahrrad höchstens zehn Minuten und zu Fuß ungefähr zwanzig Minuten. Direkt neben dem Haus ist ein Penny, der bis 22 Uhr geöffnet ist und ein REWE und ein Lidl sind auch direkt um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung ist für Studierende also perfekt gelegen, zentral und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.
