Ich vermiete in meiner ruhigen 2-Zimmer Wohnung (83 qm) ein Zimmer 33 qm mit allein vom Zimmer aus zu betr. Suedbalkon (8 qm), zur Mitbenutzung eine moderne, volleingerichtete Einbauküche (14 qm), einen großen Flur (10 qm) und ein Bad mit Badewanne (6 qm). 52 qm in der besten Wohnlage Göttingens. Die Wohnung ist in hervorragendem Zustand, im Sommer 2015 gestrichen, die Einbauküche 2012 eingerichtet. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Kabel, WLAN ist inkl. Mietdauer verhandelbar.
Da ich berufsbedingt im Ausland bin gewinnt mein hier angebotenes Zimmer die Qualitaet eines 1. Zi-Appartments. Ich moechte fuer mindestens 6 Monate untervermieten, die Mietdauer laesst sich aber verhandeln.

I AM ABROAD in 2017/2018
Therefore letting a room in my Appartment (33 qm), fully equiped with furniture, TV and Internet. (The second small room in the app. 12 qm will be used to store my things in my absence.) To the room belongs a varanda (8qm), amodern, fully equiped kitchen (14 qm), a lounge 10 qm and a bathroom (6 qm). Alltogether 52 qm to use, situated in the one of the best streets of Goettingen, with the Goethe-Institut and the historical city center round the corner, (both 5 min walk). For professional reasons, I am temporallily abroad, and this is what gives my room the unique quality of a 1-Zi App. I am interested to rent for at least 6 month, but feel free to negociate
