I am moving out of Göttingen and looking for somebody to take over my (almost) fully furnished apartment room from 1st Aug 2019 onwards.
I stay occasionally in this apartment as i shuttle often for my job. Most essentials will be given, including vacuum cleaner, ultra clean mattress with matress protector, carpets, work tables, chairs cooking utensils, window blinds, etc. as i intend to pass these on to the next tenant and will not be selling the items individually.
The area is 16.04 sqm:- a bedroom, kitchenette with fridge, bathroom and inbuilt wardrobe.
Best value place and ultra convenient! :-behind the Max Planck Experimental Medicine, 3 mins to Penny & MacDonalds, 5 mins to UMG, 7mins to Tegut, DM, Subway n Burger King, 20 mins to city center, etc.
Several busstops are within walking distance 2-5 mins) and brings you to your destination very quickly.

Base rent was €222 with additional "betriebskostenpauschale" @ €100. unlimited usage of water and electricity. However, you'll have to check with the housing agency for updated clauses.
