Hello all.
I am a former student of University of Göttingen and I am trying to find a student who wants to take over the apartment on Grisebachstrasse 7 room 385 (Across from Nordmensa). It’s a fully furnished 18 m2 1 studio-brand new apartment and relatively close to the Klinikum. You will be the first person who rents this unit.
Bicycle parking and laundry rooms are available in the basement.
The location is across Göttingen Nordmensa and Cafe. It is a quiet and nice environment. The bus stop is only 3 minutes walking and you can reach the city center or grocery stores in 10-15 minutes of cycling.
The monthly rent is €348 all included (electricity, high-speed internet, water, etc). Kaution is €400 and will be paid in two installments on the first two months of rent.
The rent could start on 01.02.2020 at the earliest and everything should be administrated from Göttingen University Studentenwerk. Please PM me anytime if somebody’s interested.
