Die Lage der Wohnung könnte nicht besser sein. Sie befindet sich in der Goßlerstraße unmittelbar am Kreuzbergring und an der Uni. In knapp 5 Gehminuten ist man am Zentralcampus, in 3 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad bei der SUB und in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Die Bushaltestelle gegenüber bietet direkten Anschluss an den öffentl. Nahverkehr.
Es befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, Penny) in gleicher und Parallelstraße (Annastr.), welche alle fußläufig zu erreichen sind.
Gerne können wir uns bezüglich der Übernahme der Möbel und der Ablösesumme absprechen. Die Möbel passen allerdings perfekt in die Wohnung, es wäre zu schade, sie nicht zu übernehmen.
