ich verlasse Mitte Januar für ein Auslandssemester Göttingen. Zu der Zeit vermiete ich gerne mein Zimmer in der Akademischen Burse weiter.
Es handelt sich um ein Einzelzimmer in einem 10er Flur. Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche sind in dem Zimmer enthalten. Die Küche sowie den Balkon teilt man sich im Flur. Die Küche wird zweimal die Woche von einem externen Dienstleister gereinigt.

Hello all,
I am leaving Göttingen in mid-January for a semester abroad. At that time I would like to sublet my room in the Akademische Burse.
It is a single room in a hall of 10. Toilet, sink and shower are included in the room. The kitchen as well as the balcony is shared in the hallway. The kitchen is cleaned twice a week by an external service provider.
Das Wohnheim liegt genau am Campus und gegenüber der Mensa am Turm. Vor dem Haus befindet sich außerdem eine Bushaltestelle, womit man schnell durch ganz Göttingen kommt. Ansonsten sind es aber wirklich zu Fuß nur 1 Minute bis zum Zentralcampus und ca. 10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt.

The dormitory is located right on campus and opposite the Mensa am Turm. There is also a bus stop in front of the building, which allows you to quickly get around Göttingen. Otherwise, it is really only a 1-minute walk to the central campus and about 10 minutes to the city center.
Da es sich um eine Zwischenvermietung handelt, ist das Zimmer möbliert und viele Gegenstände von mir (Schrank, Monitor, Uni-Unterlagen) befinden sich im Raum. Daher sind die "Lagermöglichkeiten" eher begrenzt würde ich sagen und das Zimmer eignet sich am besten für Personen die auf der Suche nach einer langfristen Wohnung in Göttingen sind oder Internationals die hier ein Semester verbringen.

Since it is an interim rental, the room is furnished and many items of mine (wardrobe, monitor, university documents) are in the room. Therefore, the "storage possibilities" are rather limited I would say and the room is best suited for people who are looking for a long-term apartment in Göttingen or internationals who spend a semester here.
