LLM Student looking for a single apartment

I have a blocked account and the monthly allowance I will receive will be more than enough to cover rent + utilities so there is no issue with regular payments. I am serious about my studies and want a place of my own to be able to focus properly. I am clean + know how to do household chores and cook for myself. I spent my university years at a 2-person dorm. I would like to have a kitchen(ette) and access to washing/drying facilities. It would be great if the flat is furnished because I am here for the summer semester and I don't want to invest in furniture for such a short term. I'd prefer it if the flat is close to the university so that I can walk, but it isn't a must.
