Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, Bad mit Schrank und Badewanne und einem großen Raum (31m²) mit Küchenzeile. Ich würde gerne alle meine Möbel kostenfrei in der Wohnung lassen da sie dort super hineinpassen und du somit sofort einziehen kannst ohne Möbel kaufen zu müssen.
Im Mietpreis sind Heizkosten und der private Parkplatz dirkt beim Haus bereits inbegriffen, sowie die Kosten für Waschmaschine.
Auch ein gepflegter Garten hinter dem Haus steht allen Bewohnern zur Verfügung und ist ein super schöner und ruhiger Ort zum lernen.

The apartment consists of an anteroom, bathroom with cupboard and bathtub and a large room (31m²) with kitchenette. I would like to let all of my furniture into the apartment free of charge because it fits in there perfectly and you can move in straight away without having to buy furniture. The rental price already includes the heating costs and the private parking space directly at the house, as well as the costs for the washing machine. A well-kept garden behind the house is also available to all residents and is a beautiful and quiet place to study.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Heinrichstrasse. Von hier aus sind es ca 3 Gehminuten zur KF Uni und 5 min zum LKH auf dem Rad.
Ein Billa und ein Bäcker sowie eine Apotheke befindet sich ca 400 Meter weg von der Wohunung und zur Bushaltestelle der Buslinie 58 sind es nicht mal 1 Minute.
Auch der Hilmteich sowie der Rosenhain und der Stadtpark sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Im Zentrum (Herrengasse) ist man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten und auf dem Rad in weniger als 8 Minuten

The apartment is located on Heinrichstrasse. From here it is about a 3-minute walk to the KF Uni and 5 minutes to the LKH by bike. A Billa and a bakery as well as a pharmacy are about 400 meters away from the apartment and it is less than 1 minute to the bus stop for bus line 58. The Hilmteich as well as Rosenhain and the city park can also be reached in a few minutes. The center (Herrengasse) can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes and by bike in less than 8 minutes.
