Je nach Absprache kann ich alles ausräumen, würde aber
auch Pflanzen und Küchenutensilien/Putzzeug drin lassen.
In den Kosten sind wasser/gas/strom/kohle/internet enthalten.
Der Kohleofen heizt gut ein. Im Bad gibt es eine Gasheizung.
Außerdem vorhanden: Gasherd und Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.
Fenster zu beiden Seiten des Hauses.

Im Haus wohnen inkl. Vermieter top Leute. Man kann auch mal laut sein und nach Zucker fragen. Fahrrad abstellen im großen Hausflur. Parken hinterm Haus.
Nebenan gibt es einen Rewe und am Rannischen Platz einen aiatischen Supermarkt. Dort fahren Tram 1,3,6,8,11,10.
Zu Fuß ist man in 15 min und per Rad in 5 min am Markt.

I ´d like to rent out my furnitured apartment starting
January 1st. We can arange sth that Kitchen stuff or
plants stay in flat. But it´s up to you - I can also clear out. The costs includes water/gas/electricitiy/carbon/net).
You´ll not get cold with gas and carbon heating.In this house live nice and young people. And you are not far away from the marketplace.
