Eine helle schöne 1-Raumwohnung mitten in Halle sucht zum 1. Oktober einen Nachmieter. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten, sie liegt am Marktplatz, somit ist das Hörsaalzentrum der MLU in nur 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn fährt außerdem auch direkt am Marktplatz ab.
Da die Wohnung auf der Seite des Hinterhofs ist, ist es sehr ruhig. Sie ist hell, der Platz ist schön genutzt. Das Bad ist weiß gefliest, mit Fenster und Dusche.
Der Fliesenspiegel für die Küche ist vom Wohnraum getrennt, sodass man nicht neben der Spühle schlafen muss. Meine Spühle und einen passenden Schrank dazu würde ich gern für einen kleinen Aufpreis hier lassen.
