Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Rennbahnkreuz.
Die Wohnung besitzt 1 Zimmer, Küche, Diele und Bad mit Dusche, mit einer Gesamtfläche von 22,35 m² zur Nutzung, sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer auf der selben Etage.
Die Wohnung könnte am 1.5 - 1.6.2012 bereit zum Einzug sein.
Die Wohnung wird nur übergeben, wenn man die enthaltenen Möbel mit übernimmt gegen Preis nach Vereinbarung.

Zu Fuß benötigt man 3 min um zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Richtung Kröllwitz, Marktplatz und Neustadt zu gelangen.
In der Umgebung habt ihr sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Netto(Fußweg 1 min), Edeka, Rossmann. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Ärztehäuser und Apotheken im direkten Umfeld. Der neue Hausarzt konnte gleich direkt unter euch sein.
Die Möbel bzw. die Waschmaschine sind im super Zustand ( 1, 5 Jahre alt).
