In der Wohnung ist helles Laminat ausgelegt. Das Bad ist weiß gefliest und ziemlich geräumig. Bei Interesse würde ich auch die vorhandene Waschmaschine verkaufen.
Das Schlafzimmer ist von der Küche/ Wohnzimmer abgetrennt, was ich immer als sehr praktisch empfunden habe. Die Küche bleibt erhalten. Außerdem steht noch ein Schlafsofa in beige im Wohnzimmer, das ich bei Bedarf gerne verkaufen würde. Alle Fenster der Wohnung sind zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Insgesamt ist es immer angenehm ruhig in der Wohnung.
Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist "Am Wasserturm". Zur Haltestelle "Am Steintor" sind es aber auch nur acht Minuten zu Fuß. Nebenan befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen und ein Bäcker.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei.
